Gbadebo Ogunlami

Dr. Gbadebo Ogunlami was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1985, having read law at the University of London (SOAS, LLB Honours 1983; UCL, LLM London 1984), and at the University of Dundee (PhD, 1990). His doctorate is in an analysis of Nigerian Petroleum Profits Taxation. He also holds an MBA from Middlesex University (1996). His professional experience is in tax work, corporate finance, competition and anti-trust, and privatisations (ex PriceWaterhouse London), and as a consulting expert in the area of professional services, information technology and associated disciplines. He is the impetus of Software Mind. He is married with children, and lives in England.
